App Recommendations: Swipe Pad Beta

Swipe Pad Beta is a multitasking launcher application that works in conjunction with the standard Android Launcher or the Launcher of your choice.  I use Swipe Pad Beta with ADWEx with no problems. Swipe Pad is an application that allows you to configure a portion of the screen where you can long press and drag open the app from within any location.  Opening the app brings up 12 configurable spots where you can drop your most used icons.  I have the apps I most often use to multitask in mine - Handcent, GMail, camera.  Apps that I often want to access while in other apps.  Using Swipe Pad allows me to quickly access those apps without having to go back to the homescreen - and allows me to configure my most used apps, 12 of them, instead of being  limited by the last 6 used.  The app is not webOS multitasking good, but it's good.  Swipe Pad Beta is available for free in the Market.  No word on the pricing once it comes out of beta.
